Postage

Current processing time is 2 business days.

POSTAGE - At checkout, you have the option of 'tracked' or 'express' postage. Orders will usually be posted within 3 business days. 

Please expect longer than normal delivery times during COVID-19, we have no control over postage times and your patience is appreciated.

Unless you add Signature on Delivery we will not take any responsibility for lost parcels.  No refunds will be issued for parcels left unattended by Australia Post/Courier.  If this is a concern we strongly suggest you choose the "signature on delivery" option.

Choosing Express applies to delivery only and will still be processed within our current processing time.  If you need something in a hurry, please email PRIOR to ordering to make sure that your parcel can be posted in time and you will then need to choose Express postage at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - international customers will be charged a flat rate of $35 for shipping with a tracking number. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions/suspension on shipping to certain countries can change daily and we will contact you asap if this affects your order.  Any excess postage costs will be refunded, alternatively if shipping exceeds $35 we may have to invoice you for the balance.  This will be at our discretion.
